Obituary For Mrs. Gloria A. Johnson Allen

Funeral services for Mrs. Gloria Johnson-Allen, 77, Tyler, are scheduled for 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Miles Chapel CME Church with Dr. Jamie Capers as eulogist. Social distancing and face masks are required. Burial will be in Cathedral of the Pines under the direction of Community Funeral Home of Tyler.

Public viewing will be Friday, May 6, 2022 from 1:00 - 8:00 pm at Community Funeral Home of Tyler Chapel.

    I saw Gloria several times a week at the Tyler Senior Center. We also worked on a genealogy project together. She was the sweetest, nicest person and a beautiful lady inside and out. When I would come into the center, Gloria would smile that shy little smile and always asked how I was. She truly cared about other people and was always so friendly and kind. All of us at the senior center were devastated to learn of the passing of such a gentle, loving soul. Rest in peace, Gloria. We will miss you very much.
